Mission Statement: The Mission of the Cooper Center for Environmental Learning (Camp Cooper) is to connect children and learners of all ages with the Sonoran Desert through immersive, education-based, outdoor adventures. We build deep relationships with nature in a welcoming and inclusive environment, fostering a love and understanding of the natural world.
The money is going towards covering the costs for children from low income families to experience our field trip programs. We work with Title I schools to provide access to learning experiences in nature for children who would not otherwise have the opportunity.
