Beat the clock to Beat the Bridge

If you’re going to be in Los Angeles this fall, you have one more day to sign up to appear on the next Game Show Network quiz show, Beat the Bridge.

The producers are looking for teams of three to compete by correctly answering multiple-choice questions to cross their bridge-themed set, for the chance to win – stop me if you’ve heard this one, GSN fans – $10,000. (hey, sounds like a good way to pay for the rest of your trip!) The show is filming 100 episodes between Oct. 24 and Nov. 16, for air dates TBD, and the deadline to contact the casting producer is Friday, Sept. 15.

Beat the Bridge will join this year’s all-new GSN quiz shows, Switch and Hey Yahoo!, as well as a fun revival of Monty Hall’s Split Second hosted by Christopher Guest favorite John Michael Higgins. Producers told Questionist they haven’t finalized a host deal for Beat the Bridge just yet, but they’re “almost there.” (Even the title is a working one, according to the casting flyer; we’re pretty sure it won’t be called Bridge of Lies, because that’s taken.)
